From a young age I have had an interest in the internet and computers, from playing video games to scanning the code of various websites via inspect element. It wasn’t till senior year of high school when I took a robotics class that I decided to pursue IT as a career.
I have gotten my feet wet working on a Help Desk with KFC IT providing support for all KFC restaurants in the US. Through this experience I have learned important interpersonal skills along with analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills. The next step in my journey is yet to be decided but I hope to expand my knowledge and skills in the IT field.
